Company Overview
Pueblo Community Health Center's mission is to provide primary care to those in need. Since 1983, PCHC, a federally qualified health center, has served Pueblo and Huerfano counties (located in southeastern Colorado) regardless of a patient's ability to pay. In addition to primary care, PCHC also offers dental and behavioral health care and two patient pharmacies and labs.
