Position Overview: The Director, Quality Management directs the implementation of the Quality Management Program for Community Memorial Health System. The Director will continually assess, review, evaluate, develop and implement programs to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety and engagement. This individual is also accountable for regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis for any announced or unannounced regulatory or accreditation surveys including but not limited to CMS, DNV, CDPH, and others as assigned.
