Leadership Skills Maintain supervisory status: LPC-S, LMFT-S or other Responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative, effective training atmosphere for Master’s and licensure level interns Lead and mediate all weekly collaborative team meetings Responsible for keeping the meetings productive but lively – engaging – creating a collaborative atmosphere of goodwill and respect Read and sign off on all intern case reports Follow up on intern cases in which client is not stable or is in crisis Hire and manage intern trainer Every other week – meet with LPC intern supervisees Once each week – meet with assigned Master’s level interns Lead weekly Master’s level intern “Mast
