Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with 5 years urgent care experience preferred
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 yrs. experience in lieu of degree will be considered
3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Washington license (active/good standing)
DEA (active/no restrictions)
