Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a not-for-profit, Life Care CCRC, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership for our 5-star rated, 58-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF). Our celebrated skilled nursing program is committed to person-centered care.

For over 60 years, Mt. San Antonio Gardens (www.msagardens.org), home to approximately 500 residents, has been recognized for unwavering commitment to living our mission of ensuring a high quality of life for older adults by providing comprehensive and secure services that promote wellness, independence, participation and dignity.

We are located within the cities of Pomona and Claremont, CA. Our levels of service include independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.

The qualified applicant must be a Registered Nurse with a California license. Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in a geriatric setting, and three years in a supervisory role are preferred. Effective communication skills, commitment to your team members, and dedication to the residents we serve, are all imperative.
