Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a not-for-profit, Life Care CCRC, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership for our 5-star rated, 58-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF). Our celebrated skilled nursing program is committed to person-centered care.

We are located within the cities of Pomona and Claremont, CA. Our levels of service include independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.

The qualified applicant must be a Registered Nurse with a California license. Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in a geriatric setting, and three years in a supervisory role are preferred.
