Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to lead its clinic located on the west side of Portland in downtown Hillsboro. You'll join a well-established practice focused on providing team-based care to a medically and culturally diverse patient population. As part of an integrative primary care model, you'll work with APCs, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and nursing staff to provide exceptional coordinated care to patients and families.

• Full-time
• 4 to 4.5 days per week, Monday to Friday
• Dedicated time for CMD responsibilities including quality improvement projects, supervision, and admin
