Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a physician to lead the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morristown Medical Center. The Chair of Ob/Gyn will provide clinical and administrative leadership to a team of +100 attendings as well as an Ob/Gyn residency program (16 trainees) and fellowship program in urogynecology.

- 34-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit a designated a Regional Perinatal Center by the New Jersey Department of Health
Responsibilities
- The Chair is responsible for all aspects of the Department across all divisions, including growth, quality, management of perioperative services, education, and research. The role includes an expectation to remain clinically active (40%) and maintain a high level of clinical credibility with the Department.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirments:
- Strong clinical leadership with experience driving improvements in quality and safety
- Track record of progressive physician leadership roles a ideally as Division Chief or Vice-Chair of Department
- Comfort level managing a combination of employed and voluntary staff
Minimum Educaion:
- Bacheloras degree in a realted field required
Education:
License/Certifications:
- Board-Certification and eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey
Relevant Experience:
- Recent clinical experience with obstetrics preferred
- Experience within an academic setting preferred
