Ideal Candidate:
Candidates for this position should have an MD or DO degree and experience directing an ACGME-accredited program, preferably as a residency or fellowship program director. Academic appointment and rank will be in the appropriate Department and commensurate with experience and accomplishment.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure/licensed in the State of Florida
• 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
• Prefer 5 years as an active faculty member in ACGME – Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A builder with an entrepreneurial spirit
