Primary Responsibilities:

• 80% clinical time and 20% administrative
• Ample opportunity to collaborate with other senior physician leaders throughout our organization to improve patient experience, clinical quality and provider well-being

Required Qualifications:

• BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics 
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License
• 5+ years of clinical and direct supervisor / management experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance
