On behalf of our client, Planned Parenthood North Central States (PPNCS), CohenTaylor Executive Search Services is conducting a retained executive search for their new CEO.
PPNCS seeks a CEO who will be a formidable defender of reproductive rights and community health care.
PPNCS is one of the largest reproductive health care providers in the five-state region, covering Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and one of 49 affiliated organizations of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA).
The incoming CEO will join the organization at a pivotal time. Leading a committed and capable staff in providing high-quality health and reproductive services, the CEO will set a vision for the organization that responds to a challenging external environment, public policy, and ongoing changes in the health care industry.
As an essential community partner, PPNCS ensures all people have access to the care and resources to make informed decisions about their bodies, lives, and futures. The new CEO will bring an unwavering belief in PPNCS' mission and a conviction regarding health, health care, and the equitable distribution of access to health care services, especially for marginalized constituents.
The CEO will provide transformative leadership for sustainable growth by continuing efforts to increase innovation and advance emerging healthcare services like telehealth to under-resourced communities in high-density and rural areas.
Additionally, the CEO will uphold high standards in a fast-changing environment and demonstrate exceptional strategic, operational, financial, programmatic, development, public policy, interpersonal and communication skills in health care or a related field.
