Position Summary:
The Director of MMA, in collaboration with their clinical leaders, is responsible and accountable for operations at assigned locations within Puget Sound. Working with careline dyad leadership, medical directors, physicians, APPs, and staff, the Director is accountable for the development and management of programs, policies, procedures and processes associated in the clinics which they oversee. Working with the administrator, the Director will assist in the development of and be responsible for the implementation of selected strategic plans. This position includes direct oversight of a team of leaders, physicians and APPs. Work situations require independent decision-making, analysis, problem and issue resolution, leadership, and strong provider relations. External contacts include physicians, patients, patients family members, other health care organizations, community agencies, regulatory agencies, & vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of recent experience in progressively responsible leadership roles
8 years of experience and mastery of a related professional role/function
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Masters required
