We are seeking proven leaders with primary expertise in acute care quality and regulatory compliance. We have outstanding career opportunities for quality program management at both the individual hospital and multi-site system levels.             

Our client is a highly regarded not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system.     

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Five years of accomplished leadership experience in healthcare Quality and Regulatory Compliance
• Director level program oversite at a stand-alone facility or a multiple-site healthcare system    
• Proven ability to effectively build and lead high functioning, cohesive teams (a critical skill)
• A track record of success in developing effective internal/external partnerships, and relationship building  
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to health care and accrediting/certifying agencies such as The Joint Commission and CMS
• Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree is highly preferred
• CPHQ
