This is an unparalleled opportunity to serve as the new Chief Executive Officer for a prestigious home health care enterprise, actively pursuing growth through services enhancement, geographic expansion, and the development of alliances across the continuum, while continuing to positively influence revenues and quality.

The Opportunity

The new Chief Executive Officer will further develop a high growth and impactful home health and hospice enterprise, with the highest standards of clinical outcomes, in a complex and dynamic environment.  Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is the highest-ranking executive in the company, with responsibility for a long-term and cohesive team overseeing clinical, finance, operations, human resources, compliance and marketing.   The organizational culture is proactive and collaborative, and the new CEO will have the opportunity to serve as the key leader within an environment that is focused on optimum patient care, top tier quality metrics, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a compassionate and innovative leader, well versed in the development and implementation of organizational growth, diversification and operational strategies for home health, hospice and therapy services. A collaborative relationship builder, the successful CEO candidate will have demonstrated business acumen and a passion for patient care.  Attributes include: 

• Senior-level leadership experience in the post-acute areas of care, especially home health.
• Financial oversight and outpatient operations experience is needed.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in clinical, financial, or business-related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.

The organization is for-profit, mission-driven and faith focused, offering home health, hospice, therapy services, and more, within multiple U.S. states.  Currently offering services through more than 25 locations, including joint ventures, the organization has a history of year-over-year profitability and growth.
