JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Director, IS Client Delivery Services will have accountability for the Information Systems customer delivery at Tenet Healthcare Corporation�s acute care facilities in our Palm Beach, Florida and Massachusetts markets. The Senior Director, IS Client Delivery Services will serve as the liaison between hospital operations, Information Systems and the hospitals, providing strategic leadership to the hospitals, ensuring SLAs and performance expectations are met, heavy focus on vendor and financial management, responsible for controlling IT spend in the market and sponsoring key enterprise-level initiatives in the market. He/she is responsible for customer experience, developing and maintaining market level IS plans, and effectively integrating enterprise level IS plans. This is a key leadership role, with high visibility and impact on the client experience, internal stakeholders, and the overall operational performance of the organization and the spend and demand adjudication between hospital and market.

The Senior Director, IS Client Delivery Services will be responsible for balancing enterprise-wide emphasis on standards and consolidation with truly unique market requirements. Possessing successful negotiation skills within the information system team and with market and operations leaders, the Senior Director will have responsibility for delivering value to the markets.
Further, the Senior Director, IS Client Delivery Services will be responsible for assessing and mitigating IS risks; cultivating operational effectiveness; promoting standardization; closing the gap on the post implementation state; fostering predicable outcomes and service levels; and ensuring compliance all while managing and flexing the spend components to balance needs, wants and urgencies respective of the business strategy and IS necessities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Compensation
A competitive compensation program will be tailored to the selected candidate. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance bonus and comprehensive, well-rounded benefits program, which includes relocation assistance.
Education/Certifications
A Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master�s preferred.
