Position Summary:
Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the outpatient oncology departments. Organizes and facilitates departmental activities to deliver quality care following regulatory/evidence-based standards of care. Priorities include quality and service excellence, which focuses on patient, staff , and provider satisfaction. Directs and supervises staff ensuring that the PRIDE standards are demonstrated in the delivery of patient care. Serves as a link to all disciplines for patient care to assure desired outcomes. Mediates and problem solves concerns related to provider, staff and /or administrative policy. Works collaboratively with FHN team to ensure fiscal responsibility.
