Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group - the regions largest nonprofit health system - is seeking a highly experienced, Orthopedic Surgery - Trauma Fellowship trained physician to serve as Regional Director of our Orthopedic Trauma Program in Hartford and Waterbury, Connecticut.
As Regional Director of Orthopedic Trauma, you will oversee the highly visible, multi-hospital, hub-and-spoke Orthopedic Trauma Program at Trinity Health Of New England. You will lead, inspire and grow our team of fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and specialists who share the same vision and values of excellence in patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your clinical, academic and leadership expertise as you participate in trauma research and the education of residents and medical students in our state-of-the-art facilities.
The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a Level I Trauma environment and be capable of managing a diverse team of orthopedic surgeons and advanced practitioners. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
