EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Completion of a residency in appropriate primary care specialty.
2. Completion of a fellowship in sports medicine.
3. Board certification in appropriate primary care specialty
4. Experience in providing comprehensive medical care to all ages in outpatient and inpatient settings.
5. Knowledge and understanding of electronic health record systems.
6. Commitment to the Community Health Center model.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
8. Experience, competence, and sensitivity in working with people who are underserved, and of diverse race and cultures.
9. Physical and mental ability to perform the work assigned without injury to self or others.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

1. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Montana (in process or able to apply once an offer is accepted).
2. Unrestricted DEA certificate.
3. Current Board Certification.
4. CAQ or eligible to sit in Sports Medicine
5. Satisfactory completion of the credentialing and privileging process including granting of appropriate privileges by RiverStone Health Clinic’s Board of Directors and the community hospitals.
