Wentworth-Douglass Hospital has exclusively retained AMN Healthcare to lead a national search to recruit the Vice President of Finance in Dover, NH.
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is a nationally recognized, Magnet accredited, not-for-profit charitable health care organization located in the Seacoast community of Dover, NH. Today, Wentworth-Douglass includes 400 providers and 3,500 employees, including more than 500 nurses, and 200 volunteers dedicated to the health, safety and well-being of residents and visitors to the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital includes 178-beds, several urgent care and walk-in centers, multiple testing centers, 36 primary care and specialty care provider practices, and health and fitness center and hospital foundation. In 2017, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital joined the Massachusetts General Hospital family and Mass General Brigham system.
The Vice President of Finance will:
Report to the Chief Executive Officer of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Mass General Hospital.
Possess a minimum of seven years of progressive financial leadership experience within an acute-care setting.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
MBA or CPA is desired.
