Director Inpatient and Ambulatory OB/GYN University of Rochester

Responsibilities Unique opportunity to have oversight of both Inpatient and Ambulatory OB units. Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and evaluating activities, resources, functions, and management of clinical service line for OB/GYN to ensure delivery of high quality seamless patient care across the continuum of nursing practice within the OB/GYN area in accordance with the general nursing practice philosophy and objectives.Will work closely with the Chair of the department, interdisciplinary department. Will be involved with acquisitions and require strategic vision. RN with Master's Degree in Nursing MBA or MHA. Five or more year's OB/GYN leadership/management experience in an academic medical center setting.
