Permanent Change Station(PCS) expenses may be authorized. The Deputy COS (DCOS) will provide administrative, programmatic, and clinical leadership oversight for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center Medicine, Emergency Department, Pathology and Laboratory, Imaging, Pharmacy, Surgery and Dental Services. The DCOS is accountable for the management of the needs of the clinical services, as well as developing a plan for the delivery of health care by the clinical staff.
