The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an Associate Medical Director to join our LIFE (Living All Inclusive for the Elderly) Program. You will supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and a Transition of Care Nurse, join our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to creatively and collaboratively optimize care of the patient, and provide direct patient care.
You will also be responsible for the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to maximize safety and patient outcomes. This will include development and maintenance of medical policies and protocols and the Sentinel reporting process.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, be comfortable with data, and embrace the mission, “to enable disabled, vulnerable, and medically and socially complex older adults to age in place at home and in the community”.
MD or DO degree
At least 2 years of working with the frail or elderly Valid NJ medical license CDS/DEA and active board certification in area of specialty
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
