WittKieffer is assisting Centura Health's St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and St. Thomas More Hospital, in their Colorado market along with St. Catherine Hospital and Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, in their Kansas market, as they seek two key physician executives. The Colorado market is looking for a Chief Medical Officer over both hospitals while the Kansas market looks for an executive to be both a Chief Medical Officer as well as the physician lead over the employed medical group in Kansas. St. Mary-Corwin based in Pueblo, CO, with 42 licensed beds continues its 136-year legacy of compassionate, outstanding care through a focus on core areas of clinical strength – surgery, cancer care and orthopedic services. St. Mary-Corwin is a certified member of the MD Anderson Cancer Network. St. Thomas More based in Cañon City, CO, also has a rich history of providing compassionate care since 1938. Today, this 25-bed hospital plays a pivotal role in the community by providing emergency services, orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation, joint replacement, surgical services, and critical care to residents and neighboring communities. St. Catherine Hospital based in Garden City, KS, founded over 85 years ago is the regional health care provider in Southwest Kansas and licensed for 102 beds. St. Catherine offers a broad range of specialties and service lines including a birthing center, cancer center, orthopedics, heart & vascular, behavioral health, emergency and convenient care. Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital based in Ulysses, KS, is a 26-bed facility serving the community since 1951 with a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services. These four hospitals are members of Centura Health, the Rocky Mountain and Central Plains regional health care leader. The health system generates $3.8 billion in annual net revenue through its 17 hospitals and an extensive network of services and providers across Colorado and western Kansas. The physician executives of these hospitals in their respective markets will serve as members of both hospital's executive team, promoting the quadruple aim objectives of better care, lower cost and better health for the local community and caregivers. In addition, the Kansas market physician leader will have oversight for the 40+ physicians in Kansas employed by the Centura Health Physician Group. Nominations, expressions of interest and applications should be sent to Carl Fitch or Adriane Willig via the WittKieffer portal for the Colorado market Chief Medical Officer here and for the Kansas market Chief Medical Officer here.
