Job Title: Physician - Vice President of Medical Affairs/Hospital Medical Director Cost Center: 521505 Neillsville-Primary Care Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Job Description: The Vice President of Medical Affairs - Hospital Medical Director reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This individual will work collaboratively with dyad partner, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), as well as with other members of the system and local leadership teams, in order to carry out the mission, vision and values of the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). This position will be a 1.0 FTE with .2 FTE dedicated to admin duties and .8 FTE clinical work. The position would be open for the following specialties: Primary Care or General Surgery. This position would be part of the leadership team in Neillsville that will be transitioning the current ambulatory and acute practices into a brand new, state of the art, facility in spring of 2021.
