The Physician (Chief of Anesthesiology) is a position located in Anesthesiology Service and is responsible for the clinical operations and administrative functions of the Service. The Chief of Anesthesiology is responsible for supervision of the physician staff in this Service. S/he is also responsible for participation in the promotion and oversight of appropriate performance improvement and systems redesign activities and advancing the principles of access and timeliness of care.
