Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer of Penn State Health (PSH), responsible to provide strategic direction and physician leadership in the continued advancement of capacity and capability of the Penn State Health Community Medical Group to provide greater access to comprehensive ambulatory and hospital services in the Penn State Health System. Lead the continued development of a high performing patient focused care environment and consistent, outstanding patient and provider experience by enhancing standardized, patient-focused processes; establishing performance benchmarks; guiding annual performance improvement activities; and evaluating the performance of physician leaders across the continuum of ambulatory and hospital sites supported by the Community Medical Group. Responsible to facilitate strategic planning, financial reporting, clinical program planning and development for ambulatory and community hospital clinical operations in cooperation with other PSH leaders and the enhancement of administrative support services. Support the development of the Community Medical Group's policies, procedures, productivity metrics, quality and safety program, standards, and training to enhance the success and efficiency of Penn State Health Community Medical Group.
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution required.
10 years of experience, including 7 years of leadership experience with supervision and management in the outpatient or physician organization environment, including direct responsibility for physician relations required.

Track record of conceiving of and implementing standardization and best practices for ambulatory care across multiple sites.
