Developing a roadmap to guide the HR function
Championing our new mission, vision and values
Creating a uniform system for pay and benefits
Leveraging predictive talent analytics for workforce planning
Enhancing employee engagement and well-being
Leading diversity and inclusion efforts
Achieving top-performing workforce, operational and quality metrics
The CHRO reports to the CEO of Luminis Health, serves as an executive officer of the organization, and engages regularly with the Luminis Health Presidents, C-suite colleagues, and Trustees. You should be a collaborative and charismatic personality with experience operating a shared services HR function to include all policies, procedures, systems and controls. Knowledge of workforce development and wellbeing, succession planning, employment law, executive compensation and HR technology is a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships with schools, economic development groups, professional organizations and healthcare providers.
Necessary qualifications include 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience leading a diverse workforce, with at least five years in a senior-level role. We also require a master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Health Administration or related field, the ability to communicate workforce issues to the Boards of Trustees, and the proven skills to build consensus across a complex organization. Exceptional problem solving, data analysis, planning, budgeting and resource management skills are also expected. HR certifications will be a plus. Experience in large complex organizations is preferred, as well as leadership is a matrixed management structure.
