Working in collaboration with a dedicated Board of Directors, this high-visibility position will drive the mission and vision of the organization to ensure community access to the highest quality hospice and palliative care services in the region. In an effort to further strengthen its current and future services, Hospice of the Golden Isles has recently become an affiliate of the nonprofit Alivia Care of Georgia, an innovative collaborative alliance dedicated to providing seamless care and support to patients with advanced illnesses across the state of Georgia.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or other related health fields (Master’s preferred); a proven record of success in hospice leadership; a strong commitment to nonprofit, community-based healthcare; experience advocating for the needs of an organization to elected officials and local leaders; deep team leadership expertise; and experience working with a Board of Directors.
