One of the region’s leading networks of healthcare providers is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee Inspira LIFE, a PACE Organization (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Under the direction of the Board of Directors and the Executive Vice President, Chief Population Health and Clinical Officer, the Executive Director will effectively plan, organize, administer and evaluate the organization’s operations. Not only will the Executive Director ensure that appropriate personnel perform their functions within the program, but also manage all aspects of this PACE Organization. Duties include ensuring the financial viability and continued growth of the program, including oversight of a Service Area Expansion and opening of a second PACE Center; and managing business relationships with all contracted providers. Additionally, this position will assure continued compliance with federal and NJ State PACE regulations and manage the State and Federal relationships surrounding the PACE organization.
Master’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, public health, social work, or related health/human services field preferred.
A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
At least five years successful leadership experience in a multiservice, community-based health care organization.
Prior leadership experience in PACE, managed care or other capitated payment model strongly preferred;
