Kadlec Clinic is seeking a part-time Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services in Richland, Washington. The physician leader will be responsible for the clinical oversight of physicians and other providers and their care teams within the Kadlec Service Area and demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborative approach to implementing value-based care and population health. This position works collaboratively with Kadlec Clinic and Kadlec Regional Medical Center's (KRMC) administration, Medical Staff Leadership, and their operations dyad partner(s) to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care services. The Medical Director constructively works to resolve conflicts align strategic and clinical priorities amongst caregivers within their area of focus. This individual provides leadership for planning, promoting and implementing region-wide, system-wide, or hospital-wide standards, clinical integration and consolidation efforts to achieve a seamless continuum of care within the delivery system.
Minimum 3 years post-residency clinical practice required
Licensed physician in the state of Washington required
Board certification in area of specialty preferred
Responsible for bi-directional communication with physicians and providers within the division
Provide leadership and oversight for Medical Staff and operational functions regarding quality initiatives, strategic and financial planning
