Furst Group, a national leader in retained executive search, is partnering with Menorah Park, a premier provider of post-acute health and wellness services for adults in Northeast Ohio, to recruit a Vice President, Medical Affairs (VPMA). Menorah Park, a $75 million non-profit regional leader in the post-acute care continuum, was founded in 1908 and is located in beautiful Beachwood, Ohio. It serves more than 1,000 older adults each day – who either live on the 42-acre campus or are at home – with a full continuum of premier care and individualized support service programs provided by a staff of 1,250. U.S. News & World Report has ranked Menorah Park No. 1 in Ohio and has also designated its nursing and post-hospital care facility as 'high performing,' a designation only assigned to 19 percent of nursing homes nationwide. In addition, Menorah Park is proud to have achieved a 5 Star rating by CMS.
The VPMA position represents an excellent opportunity for a physician leader to function as a strategic clinical partner with a talented senior leadership team and clinical staff to build medical staff engagement and alignment. This executive will be responsible for developing and directing innovative programs for patient care and medical management across the continuum of services on Menorah Park’s campus.
The ideal candidate will be board certified and licensed in the state of Ohio. The desired physician leader should have five or more years of experience in clinical practice and at least three years of demonstrated management or administrative experience within a healthcare setting.
