Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician, with additional training or an interest in Integrative Medicine, to create an evidence based integrative medicine program, lead a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with primary and specialty care physicians. Ideal candidates would be collaborative, innovative and have a desire to create a program and educate peers. • Outpatient only • Team-based practice model • Electronic Medical Record system (Epic) • Excellent compensation and benefits package
Licensure & Certifications • Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • Additional certification in Integrative Medicine is ideal • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
