Provide leadership, direction and oversight for the daily operations of the oncology and cardiology service lines. This includes staffing, human resource allocation, regulations and accreditation, policy and procedures, budgeting and productivity as well as the dev elopement and implementation of best practices. This position oversees multiple departments and will work collaboratively with the Chief Nursing Office, Medical Staff President, the Assistant Vice President for Patient Care Services and the Oncology and Cardiology Medical Directors to carry out both local and system-wide initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years clinical and 3-5 years progressive healthcare management experience required. 1-3 years oncology and cardiology experience required. Critical Care experience preferred. Oncology and/or Cardiology Certification preferred.
New Jersey RN License Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support certification.
