The Local Medical Director for Somerset County will maintain a responsibility for Bridgewater, Somerville, Franklin Township, Bound Brook, Warren, Bedminster, Branchburg, Raritan, Manville, Bernardsville, North Plainfield, Green Brook, Watchung, Montgomery, South Bound Brook, Far Hills, Bernards, Millstone, Rocky Hill, Bradley Gardens, Clyde, Pleasant Plains and Harlingen. Engaging with the CIN providers in these locations to support the RWJBarnabas Health Partners achievement of accountable care aims of improving the health and health experience of value-based populations and reducing healthcare costs.
