Magner Law P.C. is seeking a lateral hire or solo practitioner to manage and develop its family law practice.  The successful hire will supervise our family law caseload as well engage in client development and strategic planning to build that area of practice for the firm.  This is a partnership (shareholder) track position.  We offer benefits and flexible hybrid work schedules, and a relaxed, friendly work environment.

Requirements

Active Virginia Bar license in good standing with a minimum five years' family law practice in the Northern Virginia Courts as well as experience handling cases before the Virginia Court of Appeals.  Candidate should be familiar with local forms and procedures specific to family law cases.  Excellent writing and oral argument skills are a must.  Transferable business a plus, but not required.
