Victory Clinic invites a BE/BC Psychiatrist to take a leadership-track position in our growing Colorado Springs clinic, dedicated to innovative interventional psychiatry. You'll oversee and deliver advanced treatments such as TMS and SPRAVATO®, supported by a strong clinical team and modern, patient-first environment.

The Position:
• Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO® services (full training provided)
• 100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
• Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
• Strong team culture and full admin support

Compensation:
• Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
